Our core commitment

Code90 does not collect, store, or transmit your health assessment data. Your answers never leave your browser. We are a protocol platform — not a data company.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the platform:

• Assessment answers — stored locally in your browser only, never sent to a server. • Name and email (optional) — collected only when you choose to generate a PDF and enter this information. Used solely to personalize your PDF document. • Basic analytics — we may use anonymized, aggregate page-view data (no personal identifiers) to understand site usage.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Your health responses or assessment scores on our servers. • Your sexual health or medical history. • Payment information (payments, when activated, are handled by third-party processors — Razorpay or Stripe — and are never stored by Code90). • Device fingerprints or behavioral tracking beyond standard analytics.

3. How Your Assessment Works

Your assessment answers are processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. The PDF is generated client-side and downloaded directly to your device. At no point are your answers transmitted to Code90 servers. After your PDF downloads, the data is cleared from browser storage.

4. Email Communications

If you provide your email address during PDF generation, we may use it to send you protocol updates, usage tips, or important product announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for the platform to function. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics with IP anonymization) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party retargeting pixels.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform is hosted on Vercel. When you visit Code90, your browser interacts with Vercel's infrastructure, which may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) as part of normal operations. This data is governed by Vercel's own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

Because we do not store your health data, there is nothing to delete from our servers. If you provided an email address and wish to be removed from communications, email us at support@thecode90.in and we will remove you within 7 business days.

8. Children

Code90 is intended for adult men aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this platform, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Code90 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
