Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products
All Code90 purchases are for immediately-delivered digital PDF downloads. Once your protocol PDF has been generated and downloaded, no refund is possible — the product has been fully delivered.
1. Currently Free — No Charge Applies
Code90 is currently in beta launch. Both the Standard and Sovereign Identity protocols are available at no charge. No payment is required and therefore no refund situation arises during this period. This policy will take effect once paid pricing is activated.
2. Digital Product — Immediate Delivery
Code90 protocols are digital PDF documents generated and delivered instantly upon completing the assessment. Because the product is personalised to you and delivered immediately upon generation, it falls outside the standard 'change of mind' return window applicable to physical goods under Indian Consumer Protection rules for digital goods.
3. No Refunds — Absolute Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all digital PDF purchases. By proceeding to payment and generating your protocol, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The digital product is delivered immediately and in full upon generation. • You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing. • No refund will be issued after PDF generation, regardless of whether you have read or used the protocol.
4. Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are:
• Technical failure: If a documented technical error on our part prevents you from receiving or opening your PDF, we will re-generate and re-deliver it at no additional charge, or issue a refund if re-delivery is not possible. • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
All exception claims must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to support@thecode90.in with proof of transaction.

For any billing query, technical failure report, or duplicate charge claim:

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a correctly delivered digital product may result in permanent suspension of your Code90 account and flagging of your payment method. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@thecode90.in before contacting your bank — we respond within 2 business days and will work to resolve any genuine issue.
